solarcampfire.com got a face lift today, with a new logo and a revamped page design. The new design embraces Solar Campfire’s clean, modern, and stylish aesthetic, and better showcases the work we do.

The new site uses the top notch Thesis Theme, which we highly recommend.

LifeTally is now integrated with Facebook Connect. Now users can link their LifeTally and Facebook accounts and share their experiences on Facebook. LifeTally users will also enjoy a one-click login via Facebook once their accounts are connected.

As of its release, LifeTally gives users the ability to post the following stories to the Facebook News Feed:

• Adding experiences to the To Do List
• Checking experiences off the To Do List (adding to the Completed List)

Users can link their accounts, or create a new account via Facebook Connect, by clicking the blue Facebook Connect button at the top of any page on LifeTally.

We are pleased to announce the official release of LifeTally, a social utility and collaborative information tool designed to help you achieve your life list of experiences. LifeTally allows you to keep track of all the experiences you’d like to have in life, from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to learning to play the piano and anything you can imagine in between, and provides a variety of tools to help you accomplish those experiences. Experience Wiki Pages

Every Experience in the LifeTally catalog has a wiki page, which provides useful information about the experience from detailed descriptions of what to expect to considerations to take into account when planning your experience. Any registered user can contribute to an Experience article, or create new Experiences to add to the catalog. (This part of the site is like a Wikipedia of Experiences)

Experience Reviews

Users can review and rate experiences they’ve had on LifeTally. Experiences are reviewed on a variety of axes, from fitness level required to expense to how rewarding the experience is, so users can easily find just the experience they’re looking for. (Think Amazon.com reviews)

Groups and Events

LifeTally allows users to create groups and experience-specific events to help you meet up with others with similar interests, and to find and organize events so you can get out there and accomplish your experiences. (Think Meetup.com)

Blogs and Channels

Users can share their experiences with others in a variety of ways on LifeTally. Journals (blogs) allow users to write about their own experiences, and Channels allows users to broadcast their journals, photos, videos, and reviews to an audience. (Think Blogger and Youtube)
